Additional powers of the legislature of Hong Kong

The Governor of Hong Kong, by hand and with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong may -
(a) repeal or amend any enactment so far as it is part
of the law of Hong Kong;
(b) make laws having extra-territorial
being an enactment or laws relating to
(i) civil aviation,
(ii) merchant shipping,
(iii) admiralty jurisdiction.
