A notice announcing the execution of the captioned project
was posted up in our village in late August 1985. The notice was very
brief and did not mention how the use of land above the proposed
vehicular tunnel would be restricted or which lots of land would be
affected by the works. This is tantamount to concealing the most
important facts which may cause incalculable losses to villagers.

discuss the construction of a vehicular tunnel proposed by the Lands
and Works Branch. The meeting decided to seek explanation
