Existing telephone cables and electricity cables and ancillary installations belonging to the Hong Kong Telephone Company Limited and the China Light and Power Company Limited and water mains lying within the limits of the works shall be removed or repositioned as required for the said works. Notices setting out the manner in which such services and installations will be removed or reprovisioned will be issued under Section 20 of the Ordinance as and when required.
