(e) the powers of the personnel provided by the Road
Company for the control, restriction and safety of
traffic in the road tunnel area;
(£)
the circumstances under and extent to which police
officers may take over the control and restriction
of traffic in the road tunnel area;
(g) priority of vehicles in passage through the road
tunnel area;
(h) any records required to be kept by the Road Company
in addition to those specified in section 53;
(i)
prescribing anything which under this Ordinance
is to be or may be prescribed;
(j) such other purposes as may be necessary or
expedient to carry out effectively the provisions
of this Ordinance.
