to enter for the purpose of carrying out, and to carry out,
the construction works, land other than the land referred
to in subsection (1) on payment of such sum, and on such
reasonable terms and conditions, as the Director of
Buildings and Lands may determine:
Provided that in determining any such sum the Director
of Buildings and Lands shall be guided by the practice of
the Government in relation to the making of similar land
available to persons other than the Road Company.
(3) Nothing in this section shall apply to any land
which, under the project agreement, is to be obtained by
the Road Company other than from the Government nor relieve
the Road Company from making any payment it is required to
make under section 20 in respect of land to which this
section relates.
20.
(1) The Road Company shall be liable to the
