6. Clause 26 modifies the Road Traffic Ordinace
(Chapter 374) to deal with the vehicles of the new railway
these will be treated much as are trams at present.
7. There are no significant Public Service staffing
implications.
Compensation may be payable to franchised
bus operators under clause 22 in an amount which cannot at
this stage be quantified.
