8. Section 12(2) of the principal Ordinance is
amended by deleting "$1,500,000,000" and substituting the
following

Amendment of headings
to Parts IV and V.
9. The headings to Parts IV and V of the principal
Ordinance are amended by deleting "RAILWAY" and
substituting the following
Amendment of
section 21.
"RAILWAYS".
10. Section 21(1) of the principal Ordinance is
amended by inserting after "authorized" the following
"under section 4(1)(a) or".
Amendment of
section 24.
11. Section 24 of the principal Ordinance is amended
by deleting "railway" and substituting the following
"Kowloon-Canton Railway".
