by inserting after subsection (1) the following
"(2)
The Commissioner for Transport
may, with the approval of the Governor in
Council given after consulting the
Corporation, vary the boundaries of the
North-west Transit Service Area by preparing
a plan showing the variation and depositing
that plan in the Land Office and, upon such
deposit, the boundaries of the North-west
Transit Service Area shall be amended to the
extent shown on that plan.
(3) Where the Commissioner for
Transport varies the boundaries of the
North-west Transit Service Area under
subsection (2) he shall give notice of such
variation in the Gazette.".
Amendment of
section 3.
4. Section 3(1) of the principal Ordinance is
amended by deleting everything following "by virtue of"
and substituting the following
"this Ordinance.'
