obstruct any employee of the
grantee on duty;
(h)
attach to or trail from the bus
any streamer, balloon, flag or
other article;
(i)
on a bus or at a bus stop play
or operate to the annoyance
of any other person any noisy
or musical instrument or any
radio, gramophone or tape player;
(j)
on a bus or at a bus stop make
or combine with any other
person to make excessive noise;
(k) bring any animal into the bus
except, in the case of a blind
person, a guide dog accompanying
that person.".
