Further as regards our client, Po Sang Bank Limited construction of the proposed foot-bridge severely reduces the utility value of their premises. As the bridge once built would create a serious security hazard for the Bank. The footbridge would provide easy access to the canopy of the building and facilitate breaking and entering into the building at the second floor level. Our clients' premises are easily accessible at this second floor level. You will appreciate that security is of paramount importance not only to our client, Po Sang Bank Limited but to its customers as well who may lose confidence in the Bank were the footbrigde is to be constructed.

The Bank may therefore suffer a further loss namely a detriment to its business.

We are mindful that a security fence would be constructed around the footbridge. However, our clients feel that such a fence would not prove effective in maintaining security at current levels.

We therefore urge you to consider an alternative position for construction of the proposed bridge.

c.c. clients.

Yours faithfully,
