This Ordinance amends the Road Traffic (Driving Licences) Regulations and the Road Traffic (Registration and Licensing of Vehicles) Regulations to give effect to 1986 Budget proposals to increase the fees for certain driving and vehicle licences.

Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
