Regulation 1 of the Drug Addicts Treatment and Rehabilitation Regula- tions is amended by deleting "five hundred" and substituting the following—

"two thousand”.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Antiquities and Monuments (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1986 and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.

Short title and commencement.

Section 17 of the principal Ordinance is amended—

(a) by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following-

"(1) There is hereby established an Antiquities Advisory Board consisting of such members as the Governor may appoint, one of whom shall be appointed by the Governor to be Chairman.";

(b) by deleting subsection (3) and substituting the following---

"(3) At any meeting of the Board the Chairman or, in his absence, a member elected by the members present at that meeting to act as Chairman shall preside.";

(c) in subsection (4) by deleting "The person presiding and any 3 other

members" and substituting the following--

"Not less than one-half of the number of members of the Board".
