(b), (c), (d) or (e), 13A(3)(a),
(b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), or
(h) commits an offence; or
(c)
carries any goods on a bus in
contravention of regulation 14
commits an offence,
and is liable to a fine of $3,000 and to
imprisonment for 6 months.".
8. The principal regulations are amended by adding,
at the end thereof, the following
