6. The principal regulations are amended by adding,
after Part IV, the following

"PART IVA
CONDUCT OF PASSENGERS AND INTENDING PASSENGERS
General
13A. (1) No passenger shall
conduct of
passengers
and intending
passengers.
(a)
spit from the bus;
(b)
lean out, or put any limb out
of the bus;
(c)
sell or offer for sale any
(d)
article carried with him on
the bus;
distribute on the bus printed,
written or similar matter of
any description, or any article
for the purpose of advertising;
(e) when the bus is in motion
distract the driver's attention
without reasonable cause;
