We note from a Reuters report dated 15 August (copy attached) that 'legal experts from 62 nations have reached broad agreement on most articles of two draft accords on early notification and mutual assistance after nuclear accidents'. We are interested in getting a full report and papers together with copies of the draft Accords referred to. Grateful if you could ask UKMIS in Vienna to obtain these for us, whenever they are available.
Incidentally, we do not seem to have up-to-date information on file regarding the structure of the IAEA and its work. I wonder whether you would be kind enough to obtain it as well through the UK Mission in Vienna ?
