The initial accident assessment shall be completed and a report submitted to the HKG within six months of the commencement of the consultancy. Phase II of the accident assessment (paragraph 4.2.2(11) above) shall be completed and a further report submitted to the HKG within 18 (eighteen) months of the provision by the HKG of the necessary additional data to the consultants. This will be a draft report for comment on presentational matters by the HKG. The non-technical summary report (paragraph 4.2.2(111) above) shall be submitted to the HKG within 3 (three) months of the submission of the report on Phase II of the accident assessment, provided sufficient liaison between the HKG and the consultants can be arranged during this period.

The consultants shall, at the expense of the HKG make up to six man-visits to Hong Kong, for detailed technical discussions and/or liaison on the preparation of the non-technical summary document (paragraph (iii) above). This includes the visits referred to in 4.2.2(1).

This will include a very brief discussion of the extent to which external hazards influence risk.
