8. Once more we have to voice our utmost dissent about Your Majesty's councillors as headed by the Exco leaders Allen Lee, Maria Tam. Dr. Chiu Hin Kwong and Mrs. Ng, who have failed completely in their public representation. Their recent performance have greatly damaged the credibility of the Umelco, and the confidence of Hong Kong people. It is not communism we fear most. It is such treacherous turncoat politicians appointed by Your Majesty's servant the Governor of Hong Kong, who betray our interests and work on things against our wishes, who are to be feared. Once more we express regret about our complaint against Your Majesty's loyal councillors but being despondent and being totally unrepresented (although we have been promised a representative government) and our voices unheard and our signatures ignored (1 million of them) we have no alternative but to turn to Your Majesty again, still believing that Your Majesty is capable of decent and just thinking in terms of fairness to all mankind and not just short term gains for Britain.

9. Although the History of Hong Kong began with the sale of one poison - opium it need not end with the sale of another poison gamma radioactivity from a nuclear power plant. Please remember there are 6 million lives crowded together on this tiny island called Hong Kong.

Before signing off, Henry Lee et a small group of H.K. Polytechnic students would like to join us in extending to you a warm welcome for your imminent visit here. We have great plans to welcome you and we entertain the highest hope for the beginning of a new and most amiable relationship with you, old wounds having been healed and old era forever past.
