As promised during our conversation on 28 August I enclose a short CV of Mr Cheng Hon-Kwan, whose visit to Sizewell 'A' on 12 (or, if that is not possible, 11) September you have kindly agreed to arrange. Also enclosed is a copy of his visiting card.
By way of background I should explain that, like Martin Lee who visited Sizewell in July, Mr Chen is a member of Hong Kong's Legislative Council (LegCo), which comprises 56 members of whom 24 ("Unofficials") are elected.
