We have just received from NED a copy of a letter dated 28 July addressed to the IAEA by Mrs Emiline Mok. She informs the IAEA that the Economic Services Branch of the Hong Kong Government "has taken over responsibility for coordinating all International Atomic Energy Agency matters". I am sure that we should know but, alas, we do not; Who used to coordinate this responsibility? What IAEA matters are dealt with by the Hong Kong Government? Normally I would not have asked, but the increasing interest shown by Hong Kong in the IAEA makes it important that we should know the answers to these questions.
