Daya Bay
I was told that William WAN, who was elected President of one of the Chinese University's staff welfare associations, was pressed to join a delegation to UMELCO to hand in a letter objecting to the Daya Bay project. Apparently, the academic staff in the Chinese University was pressing the others to follow their line.
