NUCLEAR ENERGY: LEGCO DEBATE ON 16 JULY

1. I was surprised that this morning's telegrams did not contain a report on yesterday's LegCo debate on Daya Bay. I therefore telephoned Mr Mak, the acting Secretary for

Economic Services, to ask him how it had gone.
