I submit a revised version of the draft minute, amended I have along the lines indicated by the Secretary of State. included (at the end of paragraph 7) a reference to Mr Walker's speech on nuclear safety. We sent the text of this speech by facsimile to the Hong Kong Government and they used it to good effect as part of their information exercise.
