(t) To register Petty Patents of other
countries and thereupon grant rights in
Hong Kong. This follows the way United
Kingdom patents are registered in Hong
Kong now;

(1) whether the system of registration of

system of granting patents, should continue;
whether the present system of registering
only UK patents and European patents (UK)
should be widened to include, or be replaced
