had circulated this morning the report of the ad hoc sub-
relations between the Protocol of Signature and the Pro of Provisional Application. This report has not yet been the hands of the Committee for 24 hours, but as a decision report of this sub-Committes might wall take the question Reservations, I would like to obte in the sense of the Commi as to whether they would first of all like to deal with the report of this sub-Committee or take up now the paragraph Final Act which refers to Reservatione.
I might say that the Report of the sub-Committee is pontelli in Document E/PC/T/199.
Will the Committee be, in 'egcord' with postponing conalie?.. of the Protool dealing with reletions with Germany, Japan Korea and taking up now the Report of the sub-Committee Protocols?
