29. The Seventh Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended--
(a) by deleting “URBAN” wherever it occurs and substituting the following-
"MUNICIPAL";
(b) by deleting "Urban" wherever it occurs and substituting the following—
"Municipal"; and
(c) in Form B by deleting "of the Colony".
30. The Tenth Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) by inserting under "TENTH SCHEDULE" the following-
"PART I
URBAN COUNCIL AREA"; and
(b) by deleting the heading "Public Markets IN THE NEW TERRITORIES” and
substituting the following-
"PART II
REGIONAL COUNCIL AREA
PUBLIC MARKETS IN THE REGIONAL COUNCIL ARea”.
31. The Fourteenth Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended--— (a) by deleting “Urban areas" and substituting the following-
"Urban Council Area"; and
(b) by deleting "New Territories" and substituting the following—
"Regional Council Area".

32. (1) The enactments set out in the second column of the First Schedule is amended by deleting "Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance" wherever it and other occurs in the provisions set out in the third column of the First Schedule and substituting the following—
"Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance”.

(2) The enactments set out in the second column of the Second Schedule are, in Second Schedule. the provisions set out in the third column thereof, amended in the manner and to the extent set out in the fourth column thereof.
(3) There shall be substituted for the title of the enactments listed in the first column of the Third Schedule the new title specified opposite thereto in the second Third Schedule. column thereof, wherever occuring--
(a) in any Ordinance other than this Ordinance or the Public Health and Urban (Cap. 132.)
Services Ordinance; and
(b) in any instrument, notice, form, contract or legal proceeding made or
commenced before 1 April 1986.
33.
