Thanks to the support of your government and that of the governments of other member countries of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the question of China's representation in ADB has been resolved finally. China has become a full member of the bank as from March 10,1986. I wish to express, on behalf of the Chinese government, our heartfelt thanks to your government for your support. I sincerely hope that our two countries will engage in extensive and friendly cooperation in the bank as we do in other
fields.
