Regarding revenue collection procedures, the overhaul of the file movement system is progressing and is on target for completion by 30 June 1986. The review of the collection of Crown rent and miscellaneous small sums is almost complete. The review team has considered a first draft report and will issue its findings before April 1986. The draft manual of accounting procedures is being followed pending approval of the manual by the Director of Accounting Services. Implementation of the recommendations on revenue collection procedures is expected to be completed by September 1986.
