economy. The Invest in Britain Bureau (IBB) of the
Department of Trade and Industry is principally concerned
with assisting companies to set up in Britain and work
closely with other Government Depts to provide any
information which potential investors may need. I think
therefore it would be best if the Director of the IBB,
Mr Frank Wildman, were to arrange a meeting for Mr Coppel
together with representatives from the Home Office,
Department of Employment and the Foreign and Commonwealth
Office at which all aspects of his plans could be
discussed. Perhaps Mr Coppel could therefore be asked to
