You will wish to be aware of the following practical
arrangements we have made for the forthcoming JLG meeting.
Meeting rooms
for 22, 23, 24 and 25 July.
2. We have reserved the Whitehall conference room (WH240)
Pencils, blotting pads, jugs of water and note paper will, as for JLGI, be provided by the office keeper. We will order tea/coffee for the
Chinese delegation in the usual way from the CISCO canteen.
