Herewith a copy of Xu's itinerary in Europe. Cha said that in Switzerland he had arranged for him to meet with Government officials and have
explained the Swiss system.

be happy to arrange something in London.

2. Dr Wilson has been informed of Xu's visit through Hal Miller, I believe.

I asked if I could let it be known that
this visit was taking place. The answer was "yes". The way is therefore open should we wish to raise it in formally with Xu to ask if he would like us to make any arrangements for
him in London.
