HCDC: VERY GRAND TOUR
1. Further to my minute of yesterday: I now understand that FCO(EAD) are now unable to participate in an oral briefing on Diego Garcia on 18 November. Since it is important that FCO experts should attend this session, and since the briefing on Hong Kong is likely to take up an entire session, I suggest that the Hong Kong briefing should now take place on Tuesday 18 September at 1630, and the Oman and Diego Garcia briefings on Wednesday 19 November at 1030.
