1. Thank you for your minute of 24th October with the proposed itinerary for the Defence Committee's forthcoming visit.

The Clerk has confirmed that the Committee are content with the programme and have no further suggestions. However, I am afraid that the time of their arrival has slipped slightly. party will now be arriving in Hong Kong at 1150 from Singapore and will proceed directly to HQBF for briefings, with their luggage going on separately to the hotel. The programme for Wednesday will clearly have to be reorganised to take account of this change; can I leave it with you to take the necessary action?
3. The Committee will leave Hong Kong at 2015 on Sunday 7th December.
