Briefing given by Lt Gen Sir Michael Gray KCB OBE (GOC South East District), UK Exercise Commander, and General Hamit Saib, Oman Exercise Commander.
After briefing, view activity/facilities at Masirah, including Joint Force Head Quarters (JFHQ), HQ 5 Brigade,
&C.
Lunch
Arrival from the UK of 3 TriStar aircraft, each with 2 Tornadoes, air-to-air refuelled en route. Four Tornadoes will be refuelled and relaunched immediately for an exercise strike.
Return to the international airport at Muscat
