Mr Rhodes James is to visit Japan and Hong Kong between 18 and 24 September. The visit to Japan is in connection with the establishment of a Japan-Cambridge educational foundation. The visit to Hong Kong will be private. The Ambassador in Tokyo would like to see Mr Rhodes James during his visit. Arrangements have also been made for him to call on the Governor while he is in Hong Kong. In view of the fact that Mr Rhodes James is leaving for Tokyo today, this
