I am writing to let you know that Mrs Peggy Fenner MP, Parliamentary Secretary at the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, and her husband are spending a few days in Hong Kong on a private holiday in October on route back from China where Mrs Fenner will have been leading a delegation From The Womens' National Commission. Mrs Fenner hopes to arrive in Hong Kong at 11.00 am on 10 October on flight CA101 and leave for London at 9.00 pm on 14 October.
