The meeting started at 3.30 p.m. and Ended at 4.20pm.

After welcoming Mr. LU and his party, HE
said that the people of HK, particularly the media, had
been looking forward to Mr. LU's visit, following the
successful visit by Mr. JI Pengfei. Hong Kong was shown
to Mr. JI from the air, at the sea and on land.

heavily dependent on its excellent air and sea communications,
exploited fully by the manufacturers and financial sectors.
