Could you please ensure that the styling, title, name, etc of the guest of honour and the country are correct on the GHF authority form, which should then be returned to me immediately.

The GHF pro-forma guest list should also be returned to me once
Office have approved the guest list and you have telephoned all the guests. I shall then arrange for GHF to send the invitation cards to the guests in confirmation.
