positive international political environment.

month's Tokyo Summit reaffirmed commitment of major
free enterprise countries to reversing protectionism;
to stable and constructive relationship between East
and West; and to stamping out terrorism, which uses
freedom to undermine freedom. China will benefit
will the world if these essential objectives are
achieved.
