The results of this section will be used by senior managers to help decide priorities, and the allocation of centrally
held resources. (Centrally held resources include all
staff, monies, and the services of the BOTB Publicity Unit. Fairs and Promotion Branch activities are the subject of a separate exercise. DTI's OT3/4 Branch and PEP Division are
