The Annual Report on Hong Kong will be published, as last year, towards the end of the year. The first such report was published in December 1985 and covered the period to 30 October 1985.
At this stage you will understand I am unable to say whether there will be a debate on this year's Annual Report. There was in fact no debate on last year's
Any arrangements for a debate will be a matter for discussion through the usual channels.
