NCNA HK director: It is good that the BLCC executive committee has accepted public views and held a fresh election.

the office-bearers for
the BLCC executive
committee shows that the BLCC will abide by the constitution and is willing to admit its mistake.
The South China Morning Post: The net result of the election row can only be positive and enhance the credibility of the consultative panel.
Wah Kiu Man Po: The re-election of office-bearers should be
a reasonable and
satisfactory solution to the previous election controversies.
