NCNA HK branch deputy secretary-general Qiao Zhonghuai: The work of the delegation led by Mr Lu Ping include reading documents and newspapers in HK and Mr Lu will maintain close contacts with people from all walks of life including the grassroots.
However, documents and contents of the meetings of the three working committees will be made known to all BLCC members.
