NCNA local director Xu Jiatun: The visiting Basic Law delegation headed by Lu Ping will definitely meet local BLDC members. Local BLDC members will not meet again before the next full BLDC meeting in April.

some terms used in the Joint Declaration, such as "election" and "appointment" to ensure that there will be no different interpre- tations.
