Legco Unofficial and BLCC member Chan Ying-lun: He disagrees with a suggestion that Sir S.Y. and Miss Dunn did not "give face" to the BLCC. Both of them are very busy people and also they are privy to Exco business. If they became BLCC advisers, what they tell the BLCC can be regarded as indicative of Exco's thinking.
