Communist Papers

(Ching Po): The political system in HK has been in operation for more than 100 years without fundamental changes. Although changes are

inevitable, one should

give due consideration to

the possible consequences of drastic changes. Changes should be

introduced only if they are favourable to HK's stability and prosperity.

Non-Communist Papers

(Sing Pao): The titles of "Unofficials" and "Officials" of Legco members should be dropped so that Legco will only have appointed members and elected members. The Government can increase the number of appointed members next year so that there will be enough number of Officials to answer questions.
