(report) The BLDC
secretariat has compiled a report on local
opinions on the Basic Law and copies have been sent to all BLDC members, including those in HK. The 81-page report is based on views collected by BLDC deputy secretary general Lu Ping during his visit to HK. The report is a reference
material for BLDC
members, not a discussion
paper.
