26. The Fourth Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended—
(a) under the sub-heading "Public pleasure grounds (other than bathing
beaches)-
(i) above the sub-sub-heading “The Island of Hong Kong” by inserting the sub-sub-heading “Urban Council Area”; and
(ii) by deleting the sub-sub-heading "New Territories” and substituting the following-
(b) under the sub-heading "Bathing beaches"-

27. The Fifth Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended in Parts V, VI and VII-
Deletion and replacement of Sixth Schedule.
(a) by deleting "Urban Areas" wherever it occurs and substituting the
following--

(b) by deleting "New Territories (excluding New Kowloon)" wherever it occurs
and substituting the following-
"Regional Council Area”.
28. The Sixth Schedule to the principal Ordinance is deleted and replaced by the following-
