Clause 1 was agreed to.
Miss Maria Tam addressed the Committee and moved an amendment to
clause 2 and the clause, as amended, was agreed to.
New clause 3 read the first time and ordered to be set down for
second reading under Standing Order 46(6).
Miss Maria Tam moved the second reading of new clause 3.
