The Bill therefore amends section 17B (1) to make
it clear that a mistaken assessment of the extent of an
injury is a ground for cancellation of an agreement, and
makes necessary consequential amendments to other sections
of the Ordinance. The proposed amendments have been
endorsed by the Labour Advisory Board.
