PUBLIC HEALTH (ANIMALS AND BIRDS) (ANIMAL TRADERS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1986
Made by the Governor in Council under section 3
Citation and
commencement.
1.
These regulations may be cited as the Public Health
(Animals and Birds) (Animal Traders) (Amendment) Regulations
1986 and shall come into operation on 1 January 1987.
2.
Regulation 5(5) of the principal regulations is
Amendment of regulation 5. (Cap. 139,
amended
sub. leg.)
(a) by deleting "500 dollars" and substituting the
following
"$800"; and
(b) by deleting "250 dollars" and substituting the
following
COUNCIL CHAMBER,
1986.
"$400".
